Germantown Academy Edges Out St. Benedict's and Wyoming Seminary!

Melee on the Metro 5 News from the WCDC!

Germantown Academy took home the team championship trophy by a narrow margin over St. Bendicts' Prep (2nd Place), and Wyoming Seminary (3rd Place).

St. John's placed 4th and that was highest of the DC area teams.  32 teams teams from all over wrestling hard this weekend created an intensely competitive tournament for the fans, coaches, and volunteers.

A portion of the profits from Melee on the Metro 5 will be donated to Wrestling to Beat the Streets DC.  Thank you to all the volunteers, wrestlers, coaches, parents, and fans who helped make this tournaments a success.  We are grateful for your support!
